Qingdao Jinhai De Foundry Materials Co., Ltd. (JHD) is a foundry company based in Qingdao, China, specialising in the R&D, production and export of mechanical components, large castings and automotive castings.
Equipped with advanced production facilities, a strict quality control system and an experienced technical team, we deliver stable performance and customised solutions for heavy machinery and automotive applications.

Send 2D/3D drawings or a sample; our engineers confirm material, tolerance and process.

Quotation
Formal FOB/CIF quotation with tooling cost, unit price, MOQ and lead time within 24 business hours.

Pattern & Sample
Tooling manufacture followed by a first-article sample plus dimensional and material reports.

Deposit & Production
After sample approval we sign the contract, receive the deposit and start serial production.

Inspection & Machining
Chemical analysis, hardness, dimensional check and optional CNC machining before painting.

Export Packing & Delivery
Rust-proof treatment, plywood case or pallet packing, documents prepared and on-time shipment.
