商品介绍
How to use
1. The choice of curing agent
When using sulfonic acid curing agent, the operator should select the appropriate model of curing agent according to the sand temperature, room temperature, air humidity and the needs of different curing speeds and adjust its addition to ensure the appropriate curing speed and sand strength. The higher the total acid value, the faster the curing rate of the curing agent.
2. The amount of curing agent added
The amount of curing agent added varies according to different conditions of use. Generally, the amount of curing agent added accounts for 30-70% of the amount of resin added.
3. Control of curing speed
The normal curing speed is controlled between 10-90 minutes according to the size of the casting, and it is appropriate to take 15-40 minutes to remove the mold. If the curing speed is too slow, appropriately increase the amount of curing agent added (generally not to exceed 70%) or replace the faster curing agent; if the curing speed is too fast, the amount of curing agent added should be appropriately reduced. (Generally, it should not be less than 30%) or replace the curing agent with a slower curing speed.
4. Joining order
After mixing the type (core) sand reinforcing agent well, add the resin, and then mix well and get the sand out.
Safety matters
1. The curing agent and the resin should be stored separately. It is strictly forbidden to mix the curing agent and the resin directly to prevent explosion.
2. The sulfonic acid curing agent is a medium acid solution, and the operator should wear anti-acid protective products, especially not to splash into the eyes. If the curing agent contact with the skin will cause slight irritation or allergy to the human body, you should choose to rinse with plenty of water or seek medical attention depending on the severity of the condition.
3. Pay attention to frost protection in winter.
