Who We Are
Qingdao Jinhai De Foundry Materials Co., Ltd. (JHD) is a foundry company based in Jimo District, Qingdao, China. We specialise in the research, production and export of mechanical components, large castings and automotive castings, and we have been serving industrial customers for more than a decade.
Our work is concentrated in four material families — grey cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel and stainless steel — covering single pieces from roughly one kilogram up to three tonnes. Most of what leaves our workshop is made to a customer drawing rather than taken from a catalogue.
What We Do Differently
Two things decide whether a casting supplier is worth keeping: whether the parts are the same every time, and whether someone tells you early when a design will cause problems. We invest in both. Chemistry is verified by spectrometer on every melt, machine tool castings are aged and stress-relief annealed before machining, and drawings are reviewed for draft angles, wall thickness and machining allowance before we quote.

Quality Documentation
Every shipment can be accompanied by a material certificate (chemical composition and mechanical properties), a dimensional inspection report against the drawing, and — where the application requires it — hardness, ultrasonic or hydrostatic test results. Sample approval before serial production is standard practice for new parts.
