Take a virtual walk through our Qingdao foundry — from pattern making and resin-sand moulding to melting, heat treatment, CNC machining and final inspection. Every casting is produced under one roof, so quality and lead time stay under our control.

• Pattern & Mould Shop — wood / resin patterns and resin-sand moulding lines.
• Melting — medium-frequency induction furnaces with spectrometer control on every batch.
• Heat Treatment — annealing and stress-relief to hold dimensional stability.
• CNC Machining — turning, milling and boring finished to your drawing.
• Quality Control — dimensional, hardness, UT and leak testing before shipment.
