Product Introduction

These valve body blanks are produced with precision casting technology. The internal flow channel is smooth and the wall thickness is uniform, which reduces fluid resistance and gives the machinist a stable base for the seat and stem bores.

Ductile iron is used because it combines the castability of iron with tensile strength and elongation close to cast steel. In medium and low pressure fluid control the result is a valve that survives pipeline stress and thermal cycling with a long service life.

Blanks can be supplied as-cast for your own machining line, or fully machined to your drawing. Material certificates and dimensional reports accompany every batch.
