Product Introduction
The valve top cover is produced by integral moulding. The surface shows an even metal texture without visible sand holes or blowholes, which indicates high material density and good pressure resistance — exactly what a bonnet needs.
The junction between the top lifting ring and the base is generously radiused. This increases load-bearing strength and, more importantly, removes the stress concentration that causes cracking in sharp-cornered designs.
The bore through the centre is machined smooth and burr free so it mates accurately with the valve stem, minimising friction and the risk of leakage. The round flange at the bottom enlarges the contact area with the valve body so bolt load is distributed evenly and sealing performance improves.
