Product Introduction

This impeller is designed for river sand extraction machines, mining pumps and slurry / gravel pumps with discharge diameters from 4 inch up to 20 inch. The hydraulic profile and blade geometry are developed for high efficiency at the operating point rather than for the widest possible curve.

Because the medium is strongly abrasive, moving parts are cast in wear-resistant alloys. The result is a longer replacement interval, lower energy consumption per cubic metre pumped, and fewer unplanned stops for the operator.

Impellers are supplied statically balanced with the hub bore machined to your shaft dimension. Both the 260 mm size shown and other diameters can be produced from existing or new patterns.
