Product Introduction

This reinforced shaft joint has a silver-grey metallic surface and is built up from several circular flange plates and connecting elements.

Structurally, the main body uses a nested multi-layer flange design. Each layer carries a ring of bolt holes for fixing, a protruding square block on the side adds stability, and the central shaft bore runs through the entire part to guarantee coaxiality.

Functionally it transmits torque in mechanical drive systems. The rigid bolted flange connection delivers high-precision power transmission, making it suitable for shaft connections in heavy equipment and precision machinery. The bolt pattern also keeps installation, disassembly and maintenance simple.

Typical Applications

  • Heavy equipment drive lines
  • Precision machinery shafts
  • Industrial couplings
